Your work should be within a sustainability team in a company; or if part of your role involves managing the sustainability initiatives for the company. You may be a one-person team but have the need to coordinate your work with other departments. There are no restrictions as to what industry or sector your company is in.

We welcome individuals at all stages of their career to join this programme as we believe that everyone will benefit from it in their own way. Particularly, if this is your first full-time role you will find it very useful!

Our mentors will remain available to you for 6 months from the time you register for the programme. This means that if there are any circumstances that will prohibit you from completing the programme consecutively within 8 weeks, you will still have time to do so within 6 months.

Having said that, if you are joining our programme as a member of a larger group, please discuss this with us as the final simulation session is done at a group level and you may not get the most out of the course by joining it prior to completing the whole programme.
